yoga is a very old and proven concept to stay fit and healthy . Different kinds of Pranayams in yoga helps to regularise our internal parts . Pranayams along with vegitarian diet such as spinach leaves , cabbage , lettuce , bottleguard ,fenugreek,carrot ,raddish etc. helps the digestive system .Even the juice of some vegetables when drank empty stomach , controles high blood pressure , blood sugar etc.
